Come enjoy an afternoon of home cheesemaking with me at The Spark of Hudson. You’ll participate in making yogurt, creme fraiche, buttermilk and ricotta using fresh whole milk from my favorite dairy, Chaseholm Farm in Pine Plains, NY. There will be samples for sharing and discussion of the health benefits and science behind the cheesemaking process in this hands-on workshop.
